      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Increase customer retention through effective program management and process knowledge
      - Manage revenue backlog based on specific assignments
      - Utilize in-house reporting systems to generate, analyze, and present data to customers and internal partners
      - Create tutorials and facilitate customer meetings via webinars
      - Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of office experience
      - Advanced knowledge in direct sales order entry systems and operational processes
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Experience in project facilitation and leadership
      - Proven presentation skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving
      - Strong resolution orientation and outstanding communication abilities
