Job Description
- Req#: 91179
- Enter sales orders and order changes including price quotations, preparation and follow-up on purchase orders, and confirmation of shipment dates
- Respond to customer needs and demonstrate teamwork to ensure achievement of goals
- Manage 40-80 calls from customers/sales a day
- Rising High School Junior or Senior, at least 17 years old
- 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Basic computer skills
- Good voice quality that is conversational and professional.
- Building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Adapting to changing situations, circumstances, and audiences
- 8-12 weeks on the job training
- Flexible scheduling around school schedule
- Opportunities for advancement and Apprenticeship pathways upon completing High School
- Working within a leading global manufacturer with hands-on training and mentoring

This role is part of Mohawk Industries Work-Based Learning Program (WBLP) and is only open to qualifying students currently enrolled in a High School WBL program. The WBLP with Mohawk is designed to allow students the ability to learn, develop and build onto their industry related skills within Customer Service, while completing a High School curriculum.
