      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for processing and coordinating equipment orders
      - Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service
      - Verify order data, credit applications, and terms prior to order input
      - Collaborate with various departments to promptly resolve any order challenges
      - Maintain relationships with sales and manufacturers to stay current on products and promotions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years in a Customer Service role
      - Knowledge of dental products (equipment) is preferred
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office software
      - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare or dental industry
      - Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles
      - Exceptional telephone etiquette and listening skills
      - Ability to work from home or office
