      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for processing and coordinating equipment orders
      - Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing quotations and information
      - Process incoming orders, verifying data and entering orders into the system
      - Promote outstanding customer service by resolving order challenges promptly
      - Liaise with manufacturer representatives to stay informed about new products and promotions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years in a customer service role
      - Knowledge of dental products (equipment) is preferred
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office software
      - Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop positive relationships
      - Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional telephone etiquette

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with basic financial and accounting principles
      - Ability to multi-task and work effectively from home or office
