      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Input sales orders daily with a focus on accuracy, ensuring no more than 2 errors per month
      - Set up and maintain standing orders for customers, including holds, releases, and additions
      - Process exceptions and handle related tasks such as creating credit memos and filing freight claims
      - Attend scheduled meetings and maintain a strong presence in the workplace
      - Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and safety standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-building customer service environment
      - High School diploma preferred
      - Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a record free of serious injuries
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stress while meeting deadlines
      - Punctuality in clocking in and out for work and lunch, with minimal errors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor
      - Demonstrated dedication to tasks and teamwork
      - Motivation to seek growth opportunities and take on more responsibilities
