      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle high volume live chat and online customer support tools
      - Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
      - Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
      - Manage customer complaints, offering proper solutions and follow-up for resolution
      - Document customer requests and support other business units with customer liaison

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry
      - College degree or above
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication
      - Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills
      - Passion for the customer service industry and willingness to work various shifts
