What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries efficiently
- Personalize customer interactions while assisting with questions and issues
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Offer additional products during each customer interaction to drive sales
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor while working from home
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations while managing high call volumes
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens during customer interactions
- Capability to troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with IT when needed
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
