      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve customer and sales representative inquiries, explaining product features, providing quotes, and processing orders and returns
      - Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally and courteously
      - Develop a thorough understanding of the employer's products to assist customers effectively
      - Enter and process orders with a high degree of accuracy and manage customer backorders as needed
      - Diagnose product malfunctions and provide recommendations for solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a customer-facing or call center environment preferred
      - Excellent computer skills; SAP experience is helpful
      - Strong communication and problem-resolution skills
      - Ability to work in a goal-driven and customer-focused environment
      - Upbeat, positive attitude with a professional approach to work
