      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
      - Develop joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
      - Conduct executive business reviews to align on past successes and future goals
      - Facilitate workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow improvements
      - Serve as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or strategic consulting
      - Experience supporting or working with technical products
      - Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
      - Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
      - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
