      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients as a strategic advisor
      - Guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey, ensuring effective training and alignment with success outcomes
      - Capture customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client value
      - Monitor client engagement and usage trends to proactively address challenges
      - Partner with Sales on renewal cycles and identify opportunities for expansion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
      - Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or equivalent experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with clients
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
      - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
      - Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero
      - Willingness to travel within the U.S. to visit key customers (10% travel)
