      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with products and services
      - Act as a trusted advisor, establishing relationships that drive customer success
      - Develop and implement success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics
      - Monitor and facilitate customer adoption of services and technology solutions
      - Address and resolve escalated customer challenges in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing services role, such as consulting or account management
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers at the executive level
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading meetings and webinars
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
      - Strong organizational and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the service industry is a plus
      - Passion for a targeted customer focus and problem-solving capabilities
