      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training for clients
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor
      - Conduct regular touchpoints and business reviews to align customer goals with product features
      - Drive negotiations and collaboration with internal teams to close deals and restructure contracts
      - Monitor account health and proactively resolve issues to minimize churn

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Proven experience managing a book of business exceeding $1M ARR
      - Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to navigate complex client relationships and drive customer retention
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer success tools
