- Receives sensitive files from HR to initiate the process.
- Manages daily feeds to add and remove security controls for separating users.
- Acts as the first point of contact for user issues and complaints, with a clear escalation path.
- Manages an "email jail" for departing employees, reviewing and releasing emails based on requests.
- Assists in designing and implementing automation for currently manual processes.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
