What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive sensitive files from HR to initiate user access management processes
- Manage daily feeds to add and remove security controls for separating employees
- Serve as the first point of contact for user issues and complaints, with a clear escalation path
- Oversee the management of an "email jail" for departing employees, reviewing and releasing emails based on requests
- Assist in designing and implementing automation for currently manual processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility
- Strong organizational skills to manage sensitive information and processes
- Experience in user access management and security controls
- Excellent communication skills for addressing user issues and complaints
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a cybersecurity or risk management role
- Knowledge of automation tools and processes in a security context
- Familiarity with HR processes related to employee separation
