      Position Overview
      The Cybersecurity Analyst I is responsible for ongoing activities that serve to provide appropriate access and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of St. Jude information assets in compliance with legal, regulatory, and/or organizational guidelines. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated work experience in the healthcare security field and experience with best in class security platforms.

      This position may be eligible for the possibility of remote work.

      Job Responsibilities:
      • With some guidance conduct activities related to assigned project/area (including implementation of info security controls, risk assessments, security risk management processes, and risk awareness activities).
      • Assist in setting up and optimization of security management processes for internal customers.
      • Support documentation of and training on the developed solutions.
      • Periodically present results to team in project meetings.
      • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
      • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.


      Minimum Education and/or Training:
      • High School Diploma or GED Required.
      • Bachelor's degree preferred.


      Minimum Experience:
      • Experience in information security preferred.
      • Healthcare cybersecurity work experience is highly preferred.
      • Demonstrated experience with end user outreach and security education administration preferred.


      Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only:
      • Certifications from CompTIA, SANS, ISACA (e.g. GSEC, CIAM, Security+) preferred


      Compensation
      In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $65,520 - $114,400 per year for the role of Cybersecurity Analyst I.
