- Req#: 26-00003
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and functional solution design
- Document current and future-state sales and enterprise business processes
- Configure D365 F&SCM and related ERP/CRM solutions (no coding)
- Support implementations, testing, training, and post-go-live activities
- Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver business value
- Manage project workstreams and mentor consultants
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years ERP experience, or equivalent
- 4+ years experience with ERP or CRM platforms (D365 preferred)
- Strong consulting, communication, and business process design skills
- Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Business applications certifications
- Experience with platforms such as D365, Business Central, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar

Location: Hybrid (1-3 days onsite at a client office nationwide; must live within commutable distance)
