  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage commissioning projects for data centers, including Greenfield builds and facility expansions
  - Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders for successful project execution
  - Develop and manage project commissioning plans, specifications, and budgets
  - Act as the main point of contact with clients throughout project duration
  - Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 10 years of project management experience focused on mission critical commissioning
  - An ABET accredited engineering or technology degree is preferred; equivalent industry experience is acceptable
  - Strong knowledge of systems such as UPS, generators, and HVAC equipment
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Project and Office Suite
  - Strong people management and team leadership skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority
  - PE and/or PMP designations are considered an asset
  - Experience working in a consultancy or owner organization
