What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage commissioning projects for data centers, including new builds and expansions
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout project execution
- Develop and manage commissioning plans and specifications from design to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and lead project teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality assurance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience focused on mission critical commissioning
- An ABET accredited engineering or technology degree is preferred
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and ASHRAE guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority
- PE and/or PMP designations
- Experience working in a consultancy or owner organization
- Knowledge of testing utility transformers, UPS systems, and associated equipment
