What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter, update, and verify Patient Referral Data into various systems
- Review and ensure the accuracy of data entered into the database
- Process faxes in a timely and efficient manner
- Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed
- Communicate effectively with Center employees to gather additional information as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service/data entry, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient speed and accuracy with data entry (9,000+ KSPH)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, problem solver, and team player
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing education beyond a High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
