      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in client workshops to map current-state laboratory workflows, identify pain points, and capture user stories
      - Analyze process, instrument, and data flow information to support the design of future-state automated workflows
      - Assist with configuration and testing of robotics workcells and integrations of Thermo Fisher™ Connect
      - Develop draft deliverables, including process maps and requirements traceability matrices for senior consultants
      - Conduct user-acceptance testing and collaborate with developers on defect resolution and retesting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree completed by start date in Life or Physical Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
      - Academic or internship experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or SQL)
      - Demonstrated interest in laboratory automation or digital transformation through coursework, projects, or internships
      - Ability and willingness to travel to client sites up to 75-100% when required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience working in an academic or industry lab with automated instruments or digital workflows
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and RESTful APIs
      - Knowledge of GxP regulations or laboratory quality systems
      - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; collaborative team mindset
