What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Google Analytics across all company web properties and configure tracking for campaigns and user behavior
- Serve as the primary technical owner of multiple websites, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting issues
- Develop and maintain custom responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Execute and monitor email marketing strategies, optimizing performance through A/B testing
- Own the technical setup and execution of webinars, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with strong technical responsibilities
- Advanced skills in WordPress administration and strong experience with Squarespace
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, including tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong HTML/CSS skills and experience coding custom responsive email templates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JavaScript and Google Analytics certification
- Familiarity with Pardot landing page and microsite design
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and A/B testing
- Understanding of DNS, hosting, and domain management
- Experience managing complex multi-platform digital environments
