- Develop and execute creative design and content marketing strategies that strengthen brand identity and positioning.
- Lead creative direction across brand campaigns, setting the design and content vision.
- Drive Consistent, impactful content & design messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Support and guide the team through effective communication, collaboration, and mentorship to promote growth, accountability, and a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to review creative work, share constructive feedback, and help ensure projects align with brand guidelines and overall goals.
- Collaborate with PPC, traffic Control, Product, and Sales teams to keep creative assets aligned with marketing goals and ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Review and update the brand identity to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the broader design team within Growve to deliver creative assets that align with both company and brand standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of Creative’s deliverables.
- Ensure all creative and content strategies campaigns are consistent with industry’s best practices.
- Drive process improvements and implement new tools/technologies and enhance creative marketing efficiency and scalability.
- 3+ years’ experience of creative management within the eCommerce, CPG, or health/wellness industry.
- Proven hands-on experience with Amazon is required.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, fostering accountability, and driving strong performance within a supportive, result driven environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop talent.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
