What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve enterprise revenue goals
- Support and coach team members on complex deal strategies, including multi-threading and executive engagement
- Ensure that each Account Executive maintains a strong pipeline of high-value, strategic opportunities
- Actively engage in complex and high-impact deals, aligning stakeholders and advancing opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partner Success, and leadership to support deal success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams
- At least 7 years of proven success in full-cycle SaaS sales, including closing complex six- and seven-figure deals
- Experience navigating complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to manage long sales cycles (typically 6–12+ months) and build pipeline for high-value deals
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions regarding pipeline, forecasting, and performance
