      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute an annual business plan to achieve sales objectives for the ESS channel
      - Own and deliver key performance metrics, including sales and profit for assigned accounts
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage business priorities and address account needs
      - Cultivate strategic relationships within Best Buy to advance joint business plan objectives
      - Analyze sales data to deliver accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in a related field highly preferred
      - At least 5 years of direct sales experience managing multiple states
      - Proven experience managing a regional sales team and/or rep firms
      - Knowledge of and experience with consumer electronics
      - Strong computer and organizational skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
