      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and develop a best-in-class Enterprise Sales Team
      - Drive revenue growth by closing new opportunities with enterprise-level customers
      - Coach sellers to manage the entire lifecycle of customer relationships, from cold-calling to agreement signing
      - Identify champions and build deep, lasting relationships with key stakeholders in existing and future accounts
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of Enterprise Sales Management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
      - Proven track record of consistently hitting quota attainment and receiving promotions
      - Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience navigating large organizations to identify decision-makers
      - Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Availability for some travel when necessary to visit customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the procurement space, with familiarity in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement operations
      - SaaS startup experience and involvement in a founding sales team is a plus
