      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead communication, prioritization, and management of Salesforce-related projects
      - Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user-centric solutions
      - Define and maintain a Salesforce roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
      - Oversee and contribute to the development of user training, onboarding, and training materials
      - Manage workload and project priorities with strong change-management practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of five years' experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
      - Five years in a leadership, managerial, or senior systems/CRM role
      - Proven ability to gather business requirements and develop technical or functional solutions
      - Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels
