      Director of Talent Acquisition

      Summary
      The role includes monitoring talent acquisition procedures from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates.

      Duties/Responsibilities
      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.       • Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
      • Lead all sourcing strategies.
      • Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
      • Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
      • Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.
      • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication).
      • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
      • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive company awareness.
      • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g., past applicants and referred candidates).
      • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned.

      Supervisory Responsibilities
      • Manage, train, and evaluate team of recruiters.

      Requirements
      • Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
      • Excellent communication skills with ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates).
      • Good team-management abilities.
      • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
      • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks).
      • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
      • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role.
      • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
      • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
