      Location: Remote- Up to 40% travel required across Ascension markets

      Department: Ascension Travel Program

      Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

      Salary: $118,129 - $159,821 per year

      Eligible for annual bonus incentive

      What You Will Do

      • Provides oversight of the Locum Tenens Life Cycle with a focus on Vendor Management (VMS).
      • Manages systems to identify and resolve operational obstacles.
      • Manages contract negotiations and assisting in enterprise standardization.
      • Delivers financial reporting, data analytics, and stakeholder presentations.
      • Partners with executive leadership to drive process and program optimization.
      • Leads process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency.
      • Provides oversight for Managed Service Agreements (MSA).

      What You Will Need

      Licensure / Certification / Registration:

      • Project Mgmt Professional License. Preferred

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.

      Additional Preferences

      • 5 or more years of Locum Tenens experience.
      • Experience working with Locums through a large,complex health care system.
      • Expertise with a Vendor Management System.
      • Technical Proficiency
