      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver outstanding carrier and driver experience/solutions in a contact center environment through problem-solving and effective communication
      - Adhere to schedules and manage workload surges, including working overtime during high-volume periods
      - Utilize internal systems to gather data and support reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and communicate insights
      - Provide support to field teams regarding driver assignments and load acceptance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of call center experience
      - 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as required
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
