      Key Qualifications

      • Relevant engineering or program management experience
      • Ability to travel internationally
      • Knowledge of display or semiconductor backend process
      • Experience in consumer/portable products preferred
      • Experience working with off shore suppliers and manufacturers
      • A working understanding of high volume manufacturing processes

      Description

      - Display EPMs must be fearless organizers and excellent leaders multi-functionally with multiple teams throughout Apple as well as with external suppliers. A successful candidate will help set strategy, execute on schedule and be responsible for communicating status and issues along the way. - This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optical, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing. - Major responsibilities: - Define project plans and schedules. Drive project execution. - Lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities - Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required - Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical/Engineering issues - Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently - Lead development budgets and engineering builds

      Education & Experience

      BS + 3 years of relevant experience

      • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

        Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
