What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand Dental and Vision distribution and drive profitable growth
- Serve as a consultative partner to sales leadership, providing tools and insights to increase win rates
- Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, and Distribution to align strategies
- Represent the organization in broker and industry engagements to enhance market credibility
- Drive measurable results by aligning distribution strategy and cross-functional collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of Group Insurance experience, with strong expertise in Dental and Vision product design and marketing
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth plans
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month, including industry conferences
