What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the applicant management workflow, reviewing and redacting applications for committee review
- Operate office equipment and maintain an electronic filing system for personnel files
- Monitor HR student email inquiries and manage the HR student calendar
- Conduct new student orientations and process employment paperwork
- Perform various administrative tasks to support HR staff, including data entry and office maintenance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including basic functionality in Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a human resources or administrative role
- Familiarity with records retention schedules and electronic filing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assist with recruitment sourcing and advertising
