      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for online buyers, handling inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat
      - Process customer orders and maintain detailed records on e-commerce platforms
      - Actively resolve issues and track orders to delivery, including complex cases
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
      - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or five years of account management experience
      - Minimum of five years of experience in customer service, account management, or e-commerce
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interactions
      - Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk
      - Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases and projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
