What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with system leaders and clinical teams to establish care quality goals
- Document current processes and identify best practices for patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain clinical content within electronic medical records (EMR)
- Coordinate preparation of clinical materials for multidisciplinary consensus councils
- Assist in identifying gaps in evidence-based medicine implementation and provide necessary support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN) with 7+ years of progressive nursing experience
- Minimum of two years of experience supporting electronic medical records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Cerner or Epic)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in facilitating healthcare improvement committees
- Subject matter expertise in electronic medical record design and implementation
- Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Certification)
- Demonstrated ability to lead the implementation of new care models
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practice and clinical workflows
