What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional clinical and technical education on medical devices during clinical procedures
- Partner with commercial teams to educate on proficiency plans and advanced clinical education support
- Facilitate and present at various internal sales and physician education programs
- Innovate new educational projects and create instructional materials
- Manage logistics for Medical Education events and maintain educational tools and resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Sciences, Engineering, Education, or Communication
- Minimum of 2+ years in an education specialist, clinical/technical specialist, or learning & development role
- Experience in building content and facilitating training with internal stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and lift up to 30 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of facilitation or training experience
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in content design and management tools (Jira, Articulate, Canva, LMS platforms)
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or engineering education
- Lifelong learner with a positive and motivated attitude
