What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project execution for various educational interventions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Develop and enhance educational materials in collaboration with faculty and stakeholders
- Track and analyze operational data to improve educational programs and interventions
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for participants in educational programs
- Provide technical and organizational support for educational sessions and faculty interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with project support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and database applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Current Driver’s license and ability to travel in and out of state
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in grant writing and proposal development
- Familiarity with educational program delivery methods, including video conferencing and in-person consultations
- Knowledge of health professions education and continuing education initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for educational content delivery
