      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deploy solution selling skills to prospect new business and manage the assigned territory
      - Build and maintain trusted partner relationships with key accounts to grow revenue
      - Collaborate with team members, including Regional Full Time Consultants and Marketing colleagues
      - Plan and execute sales awareness events to generate leads and increase brand awareness
      - Conduct face-to-face or virtual sales presentations and provide follow-up product training as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College Degree required
      - Experience in elementary classroom teaching or administration is very helpful
      - Sales experience preferred, but willing to consider candidates with teaching backgrounds
      - Positive attitude with a "can do" mindset
      - Self-starter with a "sales hunter" mentality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing sales strategies and innovative sales techniques
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
      - Ability to create comprehensive business plans and territory strategies
      - Previous involvement in educational sales or marketing initiatives
      - Willingness to travel up to 70% for tradeshows and conferences
