- Lead projects from handoff through final closeout
- Review estimates, budgets, schedules, and material needs
- Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and major purchases
- Support and mentor foremen and field leadership
- Track job costs, schedules, and profitability
- Document, price, and bill change orders
- Schedule inspections and manage project closeout documentation
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
- Lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Model Excel's core values on every jobsite
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, OSHA, and safe work practices
- Effective communication and strong mechanical aptitude
- Kentucky Electrical Master License
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Foreman
