What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and participate in electrical engineering activities to improve reliability and optimize maintenance costs
- Provide operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems
- Manage and analyze predictive data related to electrical systems
- Offer technical guidance on codes, standards, and procedures to operating plants
- Train and mentor field technicians on the maintenance and operation of electrical systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems
- Strong working knowledge of electrical codes and standards (IEC, ISA, NEC, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Ability to travel for extended periods with little advance notice
- Valid driver's license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
- 2 years of Medium Voltage experience
- 5 years of Industrial Operations experience
