      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise on employee performance, conduct, and policy interpretation for supervisors and managers
      - Oversee and manage timely workplace investigations related to non-discrimination matters
      - Review and draft corrective action documents and performance improvement plans
      - Collaborate with union representatives to address employee relations matters in a unionized environment
      - Develop and deliver training related to performance management and employee relations best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources, industrial relations, organizational psychology, or a related field
      - Minimum of three years of professional level human resources experience
      - At least one year of lead or supervisory experience in any field
      - Proven expertise in employee relations within a unionized environment
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

      - Experience advising on complex employee relations issues at executive levels
      - Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and grievance procedures
      - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility across all organizational levels
