      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the implementation, support, and ongoing operations of the EMR systems, primarily Nextech and secondarily ModMed
      - Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful EMR rollouts
      - Define, prioritize, and resolve support requests efficiently and escalate issues as necessary
      - Create and maintain documentation related to the EMR platform, including workflows and training materials
      - Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure maximum adoption and effective use of the EMR system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software training, EMR platforms, or relevant medical practice experience; Nextech experience required, ModMed background desirable
      - Knowledge of medical office procedures and billing
      - Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of databases
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with clinical documentation audits
      - Proven ability to establish strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
      - Experience in project management or related fields
      - Familiarity with training program development for software platforms
