      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct data analysis and calculations to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reports for stakeholders
      - Maintain accuracy and completeness of utility and property data in databases
      - Identify anomalies and perform gap analysis on energy and sustainability data, recommending corrective actions
      - Resolve utility account issues by coordinating with utility companies and bill processing firms
      - Support the Energy & Sustainability Manager by tracking necessary energy and sustainability metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University Degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
      - Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and SQL for data analysis and report generation
      - Experience in data analysis with the ability to identify gaps and trends
      - Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through skills
      - Basic understanding of HVAC and building energy systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical understanding of common HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
      - In-depth knowledge of energy and water conservation measures
      - Experience with benchmarking and analyzing utility data for sustainability initiatives
      - Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas Emission scopes and reporting
      - Strong communication skills for client interactions and expectation management
