What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data analysis and calculations to produce energy and sustainability reports for stakeholders
- Maintain accuracy of utility and property data in databases for consistent reporting
- Identify anomalies in energy and sustainability data and suggest corrective actions
- Conduct utility reviews and resolve account issues with utility companies
- Support the Energy & Sustainability Manager by tracking necessary metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in data analysis and identifying trends and gaps
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC and building energy systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems
- In-depth knowledge of energy and water conservation measures
- Experience with benchmarking utility data for sustainability
- Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas Emission scopes and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations
