What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and perform engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering, and customer specifications.
- Perform engineering planning, capacity planning, testing, validation, and benchmarking.
- Develop and staff an engineering management plan.
- Analyze and develop technical documentation detailing integration and system performance.
- Supervise technical team through project completion.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant Energy & Environmental Management Industry (Nuclear | Oil & Gas | Power & Utilities | Distribution Engineering) Sector Experience.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Education.
- 5 Yrs. - 9 Yrs. Experience.
- Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to fulfilling annual goals and objectives with at least three (3) Goals for each of the firms Eight Prosidian Global Competencies.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience performing Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) Services Support.
- Background in Engineering Services for clients such as U.S. Dept. Of Energy Idaho Operations Office.
