What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data, build data models, and create reports to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experience
- Collaborate with various teams to empower data-driven decision-making
- Interface with executive stakeholders to prioritize work and meet expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BI platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting, visualization, or extract development
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to pass an intermediate-level Excel test
- Proficient in analytical and quantitative skills for investigating patterns
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or in a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in the banking or financial industry
- Project management experience
- Intermediate knowledge of BI tools such as OBIEE, Power BI, and Cognos
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, CSS, or similar technologies
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and data warehouse concepts
