      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maximize top line revenue opportunities in Group, Catering, and Business Travel
      - Approve property revenue goals and incentive plans to drive results
      - Ensure acquisition and activation of Business Travel accounts in collaboration with corporate teams
      - Leverage HEI Corporate resources for optimal sales performance
      - Analyze market performance to inform sales strategies and hotel deployment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry
      - Strong knowledge of sales platforms and hotel management systems
      - Excellent understanding of hotel sales, marketing, and revenue management
      - Advanced leadership and communication skills to manage associates effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with multi-brand and market sales strategies
      - Familiarity with data analysis and strategic sales planning
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with owners, brands, and customers
