What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary commercial contact for all accounts within the assigned territory
- Lead full-cycle sales activities including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Drive new business acquisition while managing renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions to meet their business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and resolve client issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of consultative sales experience
- At least 5 years in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in healthcare technology or services
- Must reside in Florida or a direct neighboring state
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle and build long-term client relationships
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
