      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and manage ArcGIS Online feature services and mobile tools for field data collection workflows
      - Build ArcGIS Dashboards and Experience Builder applications for data review and project monitoring
      - Maintain data integrity and compliance with federal standards through post-processing and metadata management
      - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define GIS requirements and develop actionable solutions
      - Troubleshoot GIS tool performance issues to ensure system reliability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S./B.A. in Geography, GIS, Ecology/Biology, History/Archaeology, Natural Resources Management, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate relevant GIS experience
      - Professional experience using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online for spatial data management
      - Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end geospatial data workflows
      - Experience working with coordinate systems and spatial data transformations for accurate analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Geography, GIS, Ecology/Biology, History/Archaeology, Natural Resources Management, or related field
      - More than three years of relevant professional GIS experience
      - Experience working with Department of Defense or the Department of the Air Force
      - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Arcade
      - Knowledge of cultural and/or natural resource-related regulatory policy
