What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze clinical, business, and technical processes to develop recommendations for system modifications
- Coordinate the preparation, installation, and support of applications and Epic modules
- Lead customer relations efforts to resolve software application issues
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with vendors for Epic module activities
- Mentor and train team members on implementation planning and project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in EPIC or integrated EMR experience
- Information technology experience in a business, computer science, or healthcare setting
- Epic certification in assigned Epic application discipline
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Six (6) years of related Information Technology experience in a healthcare setting with an Associate degree
- Eight (8) years of related Information Technology experience in a healthcare setting with a High School Diploma and Epic certification
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
