What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop technical solutions to meet complex business needs by analyzing existing systems and procedures
- Assist with operational support planning and manage training for multiple projects
- Serve as a liaison between business and IT to provide technical solutions that meet user needs
- Prepare project plans, including definition, scope, resources, and schedules while ensuring project completion within budget and deadlines
- Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities and support business process redesign
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or clinical environments with a focus on business process mapping and analysis
- Proficiency in using EPIC and other applications, operating systems, and databases
- Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare application users and technical professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EPIC PB certification and supporting Professional coding workflows
- Familiarity with Solventum (3M) CodeAssist and/or Epic PB Coding AI solutions
- Understanding of change management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of vendor offerings and software enhancements for technical standards
- Experience in business process redesign and documentation
