- Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Cheers workflows and CRM configurations
- Configure CRM components including campaigns, outreach settings, messaging logic, and notifications
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support continuous workflow optimization
- Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and support resource for Epic Cheers
- Collaborate with operational partners to translate business needs into efficient system solutions
- Active Epic Cheers Certification (required)
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications or healthcare IT systems
- Hands-on experience with Epic build, workflow design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Epic Hello World Badge
- Experience working with cross-module Epic integrations
- Background supporting healthcare operations, patient engagement, or clinical systems
About the Role
Health Choice Network is seeking a skilled Epic Cheers Certified Application Analyst to play a key role in the configuration, optimization, and support of Epic Cheers. In this role, you will partner with both operational and technical teams to enhance patient engagement workflows, optimize CRM capabilities, and ensure Epic solutions advance our organizational and communication strategies.
