Job Description

- Analyze business processes and recommend Workday configuration changes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other departments to gather requirements, document needs, and implement functional updates.
- Support Workday feature releases and assist in regression testing and change management activities.
- Maintain business process configurations, security roles, tenant setup, and audit controls.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across downstream systems.
- Partner with data owners to support KPIs and analytics initiatives related to ERP performance.
- Support inbound/outbound Workday integrations, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating fixes with technical resources.
- Assist with EIB uploads, data loads, audits, and data integrity checks.
- Participate in enhancement scoping, solution design, and prioritization activities.
- Support system upgrades, new module implementations, and cross functional projects identified through ERP governance processes.
- Provide Tier 2 support to end-users, resolving Workday functional issues and escalating technical items as appropriate.
- Create job aids, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
- Assist with user acceptance testing, training sessions, and change-readiness communications.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or information technology or related field.
- 2+ years of Workday experience in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday reporting (simple/advanced reports, dashboards).
- Ability to translate business requirements into system design/configuration.
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Workday EIB integrations
- Background supporting ERP systems in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Understanding of security model administration (roles, domains, business process permissions).

Summary:
The ERP Analyst - Workday is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's Workday platform across functional areas such as HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating business requirements into system solutions, supporting integrations, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to ongoing system improvements. The ERP Analyst will help ensure data quality, system reliability, and strong user experience through analysis, configuration, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
